Check Your Prescription Status

If you’re nearing the end of your current prescription or if it’s time for a refill, log in to your account or contact us to check your prescription status.
If necessary, we’ll reach out to your clinician for any updates or renewals.

Prescription Renewal or Refill

Once your prescription is reviewed and confirmed, it will be renewed or refilled and securely sent to Iyos Pharmacy.
No need for a new consultation unless your treatment plan needs adjustment—we make it easy to stay on your current plan.

Collect or Receive Your Medication

Once your prescription is verified, you can:

  • Pick up your medication directly from our pharmacy

  • Opt for discreet home delivery, and we’ll send it right to your doorstep
    You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for collection or on its way to you.

If you have any questions about dosage, side effects, or adjusting your treatment, we’re always here for you.
