Prescription Renewal & Review

If your prescription needs to be renewed or adjusted, simply contact us. Our team will coordinate with your specialist clinician to review your treatment plan.
You may be eligible for refills or require a consultation if there’s a need for adjustments.

Receive Your Updated Prescription

Once your prescription has been renewed or adjusted, your updated prescription will be securely sent to Iyos Pharmacy by your clinician.
We’ll ensure it’s verified and prepared according to the most recent treatment plan.

Collection or Delivery

After verification, your medication will be:

  • Prepared and ready for collection at our pharmacy

  • Delivered discreetly to your preferred address, based on your choice of service
    We’ll send you a notification when your medication is ready.
